This policy explains what personal information Oliver Castle ("we", "us") handles through ruleremix.tv and the RuleRemix accounts and tools we use to publish videos.

Visitors to this website

This website is static information. We do not use cookies, advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not ask you to create an account or submit a form. Like any web server, ours and our hosting and network providers may log technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to keep the site secure and working.

Our social media accounts

We publish videos from our own RuleRemix accounts on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and X. Anything you do on those platforms, such as watching, liking, commenting or following, is handled by the platform under its own privacy policy. We can see public interactions and any comments or messages you send us. We use these only to run the accounts, answer questions and fix mistakes.

Connections to those platforms

To schedule and publish videos we connect our own RuleRemix accounts to the platforms through their official programmes, using a self-hosted scheduling tool. We access only our own accounts. The tool stores the access tokens that those platforms give us, so it can publish on our behalf, and the content and schedule of our posts. We do not use this connection to collect data about other people, and we do not sell or share such data.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that run the website, network and tools described above, when the law requires it, or with your consent.

Keeping information

We keep messages and comments for as long as we need them for the purpose above, then delete them. Server logs are kept for a short period.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
