These terms apply to your use of ruleremix.tv and the RuleRemix videos and accounts on social platforms ("the Service"). The Service is run by Oliver Castle ("we", "us"). By using it you agree to these terms.
What RuleRemix is
RuleRemix publishes short animated videos that explain rules from sports and games. It is for general information and entertainment.
Accuracy of the rules
We check each rule against the official rulebook before we publish, but rules change and can depend on the competition, the level of play and local variations. Our videos are not official rulings and are not a substitute for the governing body's current rules. If a rule matters, check the official source. If you spot a mistake, tell us at [email protected] and we will look at it.
Our content
The videos, animations, narration, text and branding are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may watch and share them through the platforms where we publish them. You may not copy, re-upload, sell or modify them, or present them as your own, without our written permission.
Other people's names and marks
Sports, games, governing bodies and brands that we mention belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them.
Social platforms
We publish on third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and X. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not these.
Use of the Service
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with it, or try to access it in ways we have not provided.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
